Where we deliver
- We currently deliver within India only.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes a further 5–10 working days depending on your location.
- Kits are assembled by a small volunteer team, so timelines may be longer during high-demand periods or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery charges
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are included in the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.
Tracking your order
- You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and when its status changes. You can also see your orders at any time on your dashboard.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
Incorrect addresses
- Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before paying. If a delivery fails because the details were incorrect, we may need to charge again to re-send the kit.
