- Order details: when you place an order we store the recipient's name, phone number, and full delivery address (including city, state and PIN code), along with the items ordered and the amount paid.
- Payment details: card, UPI and bank information is collected and processed directly by Razorpay. We never see or store your full payment details — we only keep the payment reference id returned to us.
- Messages: if you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you submit.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To send order confirmation and status update emails.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To keep basic records of contributions received.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- We use these service providers to run the site: Clerk (account sign-in), Razorpay (payments), Neon (database hosting), Resend (sending email), and Vercel (website hosting and anonymous traffic analytics).
- We share delivery details with courier or postal services only as needed to deliver your order.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
- Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, accounting and legal requirements.
- You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time using the contact details below, except where we are required to retain records.

- You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
